There is no consensus about the European open. Perhaps we ought to lean back and enjoy it. Amateur golf is a fun to watch sometime like when a guy like Cevaer, ranked 449th in the world wins with only one birdie after three bogeys in the front nine.
Tough game.
The lesson here is "hang tuff". That's really easier said than done. It may be no PGA tour but I have found that European Open is one of my favorite tournaments. Keeping tabs on these tournaments is going to help out your golf game in the long run.
Think about amateur golf again. Your results may vary.
